ATN Community Health Foundation provides comprehensive housing support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Our programs are designed to offer immediate relief and long-term stability through a variety of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Rapid Rehousing

• What it is: Short-term rental assistance and support services.
• How it helps: Quickly moves individuals and families from homelessness into permanent housing.
• What we offer: Financial assistance for rent and moving costs, housing search assistance, and case management.

Permanent Supportive Housing

• What it is: Long-term housing with supportive services.

Transitional Housing
